Online therapy seminars

This novelty offers persons affected the same therapy contents using the internet as with the Asate standard seminars.
The online therapy seminars are intended for persons with the sleep apnea syndrome and those snorers who would like personal and deeper instructions in the place of a self training. In 3 online sessions of 2 hours, Mr. Alex Suarez mediates how you can train the upper airways with the Asate technique. For all possible questions during the session a chatis available as well.

The online seminars take place in groups of a maximum of 8 persons. In three modules (3 x 2 hours) with a recommended time interval of at least one week, Mr. Alex Suarez will mediate extensively how you can train the upper airways.
